Hand-Sewn Nylon-on-Nylon Construction
Each banner is constructed by cutting your design from solid nylon and sewing the pieces onto a nylon background. The stitched, dimensional finish matches the construction standard used in pro and college arenas.
Add Years Without Replacing the Banner
A stitched nylon banner can be edited after it's hung. New years, new accomplishments, and new honorees can be sewn onto the existing banner non-destructively. A single banner becomes a multi-decade program record instead of a series of replacements.
Custom Dimensions and Layered Design
Banners are built to your space — from 4 by 8 feet to 20 feet wide and beyond, with multi-layer designs that include logos, year text, accomplishments, and program iconography.
Where Hand-Sewn Banners Hang

Looking for a faster, lower-cost banner option? Programs that need a banner for a single championship season or a 5 to 10-year display window often choose digitally printed banners.
The traditional material for Appliqué is Nylon, chosen for its lightweight and compact weave, its sheen, and its very low water absorption. Nylon color is vivid and stable, capable of looking great for decades to come.
Heading & Grommets (or D-rings) - The heading is a thicker fabric that is stitched onto the side or top of the flag that will be attached to the pole. This heading comes with either grommets (standard) or D-rings for attachment to the flagpole.
Pole Pocket - A pocket (usually 3”, but can be larger depending on the size of the flag) on the side or top of the flag for the flagpole to pass through. Grommets are installed above and below the pocket for attachment.
A note about Grommets: the number and placement of grommets depends on the size of the flag, but if you have specific requirements please let us know and we can build to your specifications. D-rings are also available in addition to or instead of grommets.
